What’s Happening @ The Banks

The Banks is getting ready for another long hot summer with some new programs to get you fit and looking spectacular this Spring. We are currently running a range of group fitness and Pilates classes to suit all fitness levels, including:
Boxing – Tuesday Night 7pm (45+ min) $15 Casual
Tuesday night is all about boxing at the Banks, from skipping to the heavy bags, push-ups to the speed ball, this is a great class for all fitness levels to get involved in. It’s all about cardio, hand speed, core and pushing your limits for 8-10 rounds in a great laid back environment. This class is filling up each week as word gets around so book ahead!! MMA- Friday Night 6pm (45+min) $15 Casual
Friday night is for getting the working week out of your system and starting the weekend with a bang at the Banks. An awesome cardio workout and a great class to build your strength and full body fitness at your own pace. From kicks and knees to ground and pound and all everything in between this class will have you working up a sweat in no time.
